November 2020 Ballot – 2.5 MILL LEVY

West Licking Joint Fire District is asking voters to approve a 2.5 mill replacement levy, which was originally approved by voters in 2015. The 2.5 mill levy generates property tax revenue from Public Utilities, Commercial/Industry and Residential/Agricultural. This levy is not an increase to the current levy expiring November 2020, it is simply a replacement of the levy,

The passage of the replacement levy, will continue to provide much needed funding to West Licking Joint Fire District, allowing the District to maintain our high quality Fire and EMS services to our residents, business and corporations within our district.

While service demands have increased, with the demands of our growing community, this replacement levy assists in supporting the annual budgetary needs of West Licking. Passage will provide additional support needed to maintain staffing levels, maintain service levels, replace personal protective gear, repair, maintain and replace emergency vehicles, continue training for all FF/EMS in the lasted best practices in CPR, water rescue, etc. and continued support to community services, CPR training, fire prevention and education. West Licking Joint Fire District thanks everyone in advance for their support.
