LICKING COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION CLINIC

The Licking County Health Department offers a Childhood Immunization Clinic on the third Wednesday of each month at West Licking Joint Fire District Station One, 851 East Broad Street (approximately ½ mile east of Kroger).  The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to  11:30 a.m., and l:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.   Please park in the lower parking lot on the west side of the station, and enter through the west door behind the brick pillar (look for posted signs).

Why immunize?  Immunizations can save lives and stop the spread of diseases.  Babies and toddlers that are given immunizations on time can be protected from many dangerous diseases:  Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whopping cough), Hib, Varicella (chicken pox), Pneumococcal, Influenza, and Hepatitis A.
Children need to have all of their immunizations by age 2 to be fully protected against vaccine-preventable diseases.
For more information, log on to www.lickingcohealth.org and click on Health Clinics, then click on Immunizations.   The Licking County Health Department is located at 675 Price Road, Newark, Ohio.  Their phone numbers are (740)349-6474 or 1-888-838-0219.
